Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Final pricing may vary based on site conditions and material costs
- Additional work beyond the original scope requires written approval
- Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
Scheduling and Access
- Service dates are scheduled based on weather and availability
- Customer must provide clear access to work areas
- Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly
- Rescheduling may be necessary for safety or quality reasons
Property and Permits
- Customer is responsible for marking property lines and utilities
- Required permits are customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed
- We recommend professional surveys for property line questions
- Customer must ensure compliance with HOA requirements
Warranties
Installation Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on installation workmanship, covering:
- Structural integrity of installation
- Proper alignment and attachment
- Defects in workmanship
Material Warranty
Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. We will honor all applicable manufacturer warranties and assist with warranty claims.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and weathering
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or natural disasters
- Damage from modifications by others
- Lack of proper maintenance
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our operations.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property information and site access
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Mark utilities and property lines as required
- Make timely payments according to agreed terms
- Maintain structures according to manufacturer recommendations
Cancellation Policy
- Projects may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled start
- Cancellation fees may apply for custom materials already ordered
- Deposit refunds depend on project stage and costs incurred
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to mediation in Texas, with Texas law governing these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Current terms are always available on our website.
